Home Check & Property Management
Home Inspections
Seasons Tahoe Home Care is a full-spectrum estate and property management company that provides the highest level of personal and professional services. The year-round care and maintenance of your home is my #1 priority. Our Weekly Property Checks ensure complete home security and well being while also keeping up on preventative maintenance to protect your home. We will perform detailed Spring and Fall Property Assessments with you to stay on top of seasonal maintenance items and to help you with the long-term care of your property. As home owners, you benefit from our hands-on approach and our meticulous attention to the details, rapid response time, and service with a personal touch. If Tahoe is your home away from home or its your everyday stay we can handle everything, including our concierge services so you can relax as soon as you walk through the front door.
Weekly Unoccupied Detailed Property Inspections
· Survey your property and inspect the interior and exterior of the house
· Check for signs of forced entry and/or vandalism
· Walk through inspection of all rooms
· Check security systems
· Faucet, drain & garbage disposal check
· Check refrigerators and freezers
· Ensure garbage receptacles are properly secured
· Plumbing leak checks
· Check heating and cooling systems
· Inspect water heater
· Light bulb check & replacement
· Ensure proper operation of smoke detectors and replace batteries if necessary
· Hot tub and equipment check
· Ensure doors, windows and sliders are locked
· Check for loose hardware (door knobs and cabinets)
· Roofing & gutter check
· Check for storm damage or excessive snow load to roof
· Defensible space maintenance
· Look for down limbs or trees
· Check landscaping/lawn maintenance
· Assess for animal, rodent damage, or pest infestation
· Ensure the driveway is plowed and walkways shoveled
· Check for damaged, mold, or fading patio furniture
· Check and start vehicles if needed
You will receive an emailed report of the inspection including photos of your home and documentation of any issues that need to be addressed. We can also manage sub-contractors, vendors, set up repairs, pay bills. An annual contract is required for all home care services
